British holidaymakers willing to support charitable causes whilst on holiday may take advantage of this route. An agreement between the Owner of the Al centro è meglio Bed & Breakfast and SENIT FOUNDATION establishes as follows:
Holidaymakers who wish to stay at the Al centro è meglio Bed & Breakfast in Naples, Italy, may pay the 10% booking fee as Gift Aid to SENIT FOUNDATION. This allows the holidaymaker to deduct the 10% from his tax liability and SENIT FOUNDATION to receive a further 28% of that booking fee from the Government.
To do so holidaymakers may download the Gift Aid form, complete it and send it together with a cheque for the relevant amount to Senit Foundation, Victoria House, East Blackhall Street, Greenock, Renfrewshire, PA15 1HD (Tel 01475 806807). Senit Foundation will send it back to the Holidaymaker signed and stamped. In addition Senit Foundation will inform Al centro è meglio via e-mail of the transaction.
The 10% booking fee secures the agreed booked period. The 90% balance is due upon departure from the holiday premises. Failure to pay the booking fee will not guarantee the holiday. Cancellation of the holiday must be made in writing but the booking fee will be not refunded (although it remains refundable for tax purposes).
