Dr Rainey is a practitioner and great point of reference for the nurses on the unit. His time and skills are split between the Vale of Leven hospital and Inverclyde Royal, which covers Largs to Langbank.

The unit is professionally managed by Sister Angela McDermid, Staff Nurse Pamela Kelly and Healthcare Assistant Rachel Way.
This team take care of both haemotology in and out patients, are responsible for managing the treatment programs for up to 120 patients and treat on average 12 per day.

This unit supports and prepares patients for anything related to ear nose and throat illnesses and works closely with RAH Paisley.
